NT Solar is thrilled to announce the addition of Kaylyn Semones to the team as Portfolio Manager!
As Portfolio Manager, Kaylyn supports reporting, asset management, and compliance for renewable energy tax credit investments. She works closely with investors, sponsors, developers, and internal stakeholders to monitor portfolio performance and support reporting across the firm’s renewable energy investments. Before joining NT Solar, Kaylyn was Finance Manager at ClearGen, where she led renewable energy project underwriting, financial modeling, and investment tax credit (ITC) transactions. Previously, she worked in Bank of America’s Global Corporate & Investment Banking Credit division, supporting power, utilities, and renewable energy credit underwriting. Kaylyn earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech.
